SonicRecruit Adds Interactive Forms to SonicLaunch

New Interactive I-9 and W-4 Forms with Electronic Signature Streamline the Onboarding Process

VANCOUVER, BC – January 21, 2007 – Cytiva Software Inc. (CRX:TSX.V), a leading provider of on-demand recruiting software solutions, announced today the availability of new interactive forms for SonicLaunch, the onboarding module to their leading SonicRecruit recruiting software.
With the new feature, SonicRecruit clients can pre-populate I-9 and W-4 Forms with personalized employee data and send them to new hires as part of their onboarding process. New hires can complete the forms and add an electronic signature, making this time consuming task completely paperless.

The entire process, along with other onboarding tasks like welcome letters, training materials, hiring paperwork, orientation meetings, furniture, phones, computers, security badges, network access and more, is initiated and tracked to completion from within the SonicLaunch module.

Cytiva Moves into Larger Headquarters

Record Growth in Sales and Employees Brings New Offices for Emeryville Software Developer

VANCOUVER, BC – January 9, 2007 – Cytiva Software Inc. (CRX:TSX-V), a leading provider of on-demand recruiting software solutions, announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters in California to a new, larger facility in Emeryville.

The Company is moving its offices in response to the rapid growth of sales and employees it has experienced over the past two years.

Sales of Cytiva's SonicRecruit recruiting software more than doubled in 2006 and the number of employees at the Emeryville headquarters similarly expanded. The new facility, located across the street from Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville, will house the majority of Cytiva's client services and administrative personnel.

The new facility is nearly triple the size of the previous space and is expected to easily accommodate existing employees as well as anticipated growth for the next few years. Cytiva projects another significant increase in sales for 2007.

"We’ve hired a number of new employees in 2006 to handle the rapid expansion of our client base," said Jason Moreau, president and CEO of Cytiva Software.
